3. Premade Orders: Orders for premade pieces will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days.

4. Custom Order Fulfillment: Custom orders require a production time of 7-10 days. Please allow this time for crafting. You will receive updates throughout the production process.

5. Privacy: I do NOT have access to your full payment information and will NOT share any of your personal details (such as your name or address) with anyone. Your privacy is important, and I appreciate your trust.

6. Shipping: Shipping times may vary based on your location and the specifics of your order. Please allow additional time for delivery once your order has been completed and shipped.
